This is initially a part-time position. The goal is to fill out your schedule, but it typically takes up to 3 months to reach 20 hours per week because it's built on recurring clients who schedule cleanings every 2-4 weeks. Not all clients become recurring customers.
In the first month, you'll typically get 2-3 cleanings per week, with each job lasting 2-4 hours. In the second month, you should have about 3-5 recurring cleanings plus 10-20 new client appointments. By the third month, you'll have approximately 10-15 recurring clients and 10-15 new clients.
Our onboarding process includes online video training with 21 modules totaling around 6 hours, along with 5 short tests to ensure understanding.
